REGO Terms of Use

Welcome to REGO. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the REGO mobile application, website, features, content, rewards, wallet, notifications, and related services. REGO is owned and operated by Babyduck LLC, a registered business entity in the State of Texas, USA.
By using REGO, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
1. Eligibility and legal compliance
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum legal age required in your country to consent to digital services without parental approval, whichever is higher) to create an account or use REGO. By using the app, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. You are strictly required to comply with all local, state, national, and international laws applicable to your use of the platform.
2. Account and profile
You may use REGO through supported sign-in methods or limited anonymous access. Some features require a registered account. You are solely responsible for keeping your account secure and for all activity under your account. Your profile may include information such as name, username, email, country, phone number, profile image, language preferences, content preferences, providers, and notification preference.
3. User content
REGO lets users create and share reviews, feed posts, comments, replies, polls, ratings, watchlists, shelves, hashtags, links, images, and other content. You retain ownership of your content, but you grant Babyduck LLC a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, display, reproduce, distribute, modify for formatting, and show your content in the app and related promotional or discovery surfaces.
You are entirely responsible for the content you post. Do not post content that is illegal, abusive, hateful, harassing, defamatory, sexually explicit, violent, misleading, spammy, infringing, or otherwise harmful.
4. Reviews, spoilers, tags, and formatting
Reviews and feed posts may include Markdown formatting, hashtags, links, spoiler indicators, and content labels such as profanity, violence, adult content, or family-friendly indicators. You are responsible for accurately marking spoilers or sensitive content. REGO may modify formatting or previews for display at its sole discretion.
5. Moderation, enforcement, and right to terminate
We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for abuse.
We reserve the right to modify, restrict, or remove user content that violates these Terms. If you materially or repeatedly breach these Terms, engage in unlawful behavior, or pose a security risk to the platform, Babyduck LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account. Except in cases of severe or repeated violations, or where legal or operational emergencies prevent us from doing so, we will endeavor to provide you with reasonable advance notice prior to account termination. All decisions regarding moderation, enforcement, and account termination are made at the sole discretion of Babyduck LLC and are final.
6. Third-party content and services
REGO may display movie, TV, news, image, trailer, YouTube, streaming provider, and metadata from third-party sources. Such content belongs to its respective owners. REGO uses third-party services including Firebase, Google, Apple, Meta/Facebook App Events, Branch links, Algolia, TMDB-related APIs or services, YouTube, notification providers, analytics, crash reporting, and external websites. REGO is not responsible for third-party content, availability, accuracy, policies, or external links.
7. Watchlists, shelves, feeds, and recommendations
REGO may personalize feeds, banners, recommendations, news, watchlists, shelves, and app experiences using your app activity, preferences, profile data, country, language, and engagement. Recommendations are for entertainment and discovery only and may not always be accurate or available in your region.
8. Points, badges, leaderboards, and rewards
REGO may offer points, badges, leaderboards, daily tasks, weekly rewards, streaks, and other gamified features. These features are promotional, discretionary, and may change, pause, expire, or be removed entirely at any time without notice. Babyduck LLC determines all eligibility, scoring, badge awards, and leaderboard placement. We may reverse, deny, or withhold rewards for fraud, spam, manipulation, technical errors, or duplicate accounts.
9. REGO Wallet, REGO Cash, and vouchers
REGO Cash is an in-app reward used strictly within REGO where available. It is not real money, has absolutely no cash value, is not transferable, and cannot be sold, exchanged, or redeemed outside supported REGO features. Voucher redemption is subject to availability, stock limits, region eligibility, vendor terms, expiry dates, and successful backend validation. REGO may reject, cancel, reverse, or adjust wallet balances or redemptions at any time. All decisions made by Babyduck LLC regarding REGO Cash, wallet balances, and voucher disputes are absolute and final.
10. Regional availability
Some features, banners, wallet access, rewards, vouchers, campaigns, notifications, or content may be available only in selected countries or regions. Availability may change at any time without notice.
11. Notifications
If you enable notifications, REGO may send push notifications about posts, comments, likes, follows, polls, rewards, wallet activity, announcements, recommendations, or app updates. You can manage notification permissions through your device settings.
12. Analytics and app improvement
REGO uses analytics, crash reporting, and app event tracking to understand usage, improve performance, measure campaigns, detect issues, and support app functionality, as described in our Privacy Policy.
13. Intellectual property
REGO, its name, logo, design, features, software, and original content are owned by Babyduck LLC or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, sell, or misuse any part of the app.
14. Prohibited conduct
You agree not to:
- Abuse, misuse, or interfere with the app's operation;
- Scrape, crawl, or harvest data;
- Impersonate others;
- Post illegal, harmful, or abusive content;
- Infringe on intellectual property rights;
- Manipulate ratings, rewards, votes, badges, or leaderboards;
- Attempt unauthorized access to systems or accounts;
- Use automation, bots, or fake accounts.
15. Discontinuation of service and data loss
NOTHING IS GUARANTEED.
Babyduck LLC reserves the right to update, modify, suspend, or permanently discontinue REGO (or any of its features) at any time, for any reason, without notice. In the event of app discontinuation, system calamities, server crashes, or unforeseen technical failures, data recovery is NOT guaranteed. However, this does not limit or waive your statutory data privacy rights under applicable local laws (such as your right to request access to or deletion of your personal data as outlined in our Privacy Policy). We hold no obligation to backup, retain, or restore your profile, content, points, or REGO wallet balances.
16. Disclaimer of warranties
REGO IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. BABYDUCK LLC MAKES NO GUARANTEES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, REGARDING THE UPTIME, RELIABILITY, OR ACCURACY OF THE APP. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE UNINTERRUPTED SERVICE, ERROR-FREE OPERATION, REWARD AVAILABILITY, OR DATA PRESERVATION.
17. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BABYDUCK LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF REWARDS OR VOUCHERS, LOSS OF ACCOUNT ACCESS, OR LOSS OF PROFITS ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE PLATFORM.
18. Termination
You may stop using REGO at any time. Babyduck LLC may suspend or terminate your access to the app if you materially or repeatedly breach these Terms, engage in abuse or unlawful behavior, or pose a security, legal, or operational risk at our sole discretion. Except in cases of severe or repeated violations, or where legal or operational emergencies prevent us from doing so, we will endeavor to provide you with reasonable advance notice prior to account termination.
19. Copyright policy (DMCA notice)
Babyduck LLC respects the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe that any content hosted on REGO infringes your copyright, you may submit a takedown notice under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) by providing our Designated Copyright Agent with the following information in writing:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized representative;
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed;
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing and where it is located in the app;
- Your contact information (address, telephone number, and email);
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material is not authorized;
- A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.

20. App Store third-party beneficiary clause
You acknowledge and agree that these Terms are concluded solely between you and Babyduck LLC, and not with Apple Inc. or Google LLC. Babyduck LLC, not Apple or Google, is solely responsible for the REGO mobile application and its content.
- Maintenance and support: Apple and Google have no obligation whatsoever to furnish any maintenance and support services with respect to REGO.
- Warranty & liability: In the event of any failure of the app to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple/Google for a refund of the purchase price (if any); to the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple/Google will have no other warranty obligation whatsoever.
- Third-party beneficiaries: You acknowledge that Apple and Google, and their subsidiaries, are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms, and that upon your acceptance of these Terms, Apple and Google will have the right to enforce these Terms against you as a third-party beneficiary.
21. Export compliance
By using REGO, you represent and warrant that (i) you are not located in a country that is subject to a U.S. Government embargo, or that has been designated by the U.S. Government as a "terrorist supporting" country; and (ii) you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
22. Governing law and final authority
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal actions or disputes must be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Texas. All operational and moderation decisions made by Babyduck LLC are final.
